Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We aim to provide high-quality candle products crafted with care. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested.

Due to the delicate and personal-use nature of candles, certain conditions apply.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The wrong item was received
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided

Return Policy:

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days.

2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.

3. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.

4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.


5. Replacement Policy

  • Approved damaged or defective items will be eligible for a free replacement.
  • Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.
  • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product or refund may be offered.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement cannot be provided, or
  • The return request meets all eligibility conditions and is approved.

Refund details:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers may be asked to return the product depending on the case.
  • Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
